They are known for their intelligence, friendly temperament, and low-shedding coats that are often a good fit for families with mild allergies. Mini Aussiedoodles typically weigh between 15–25 pounds as adults and make exceptional family dogs.
An Australian Mountain Doodle is a hybrid breed combining the Australian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, and Poodle. They are known for their gentle, calm temperament, low-shedding coats, and stunning tri-color markings. They make wonderful family companions and therapy dogs.
A Mini Bernedoodle is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Miniature Poodle. They are known for their goofy, loving personality, low-shedding coat, and gorgeous tri-color markings. Mini Bernedoodles typically weigh between 25–35 pounds as adults.
Yes — our Mini Aussiedoodles, Mini Bernedoodles, and Australian Mountain Doodles are all low-shedding and often a good fit for families with mild allergies. Because they carry Poodle genetics, they tend to shed very little. Results can vary by individual.
Our puppies are low to non-shedding, making them a wonderful option for families who are sensitive to pet dander. All three of our breeds carry Poodle genetics, which contributes to their low-shedding coats that are often a good fit for families with mild allergies. Individual shedding can vary based on generation and coat type.
Size varies by breed, ranging from 15 to 50 pounds fully grown. Mini Aussiedoodles typically reach 15–25 lbs. Mini Bernedoodles range from 25–35 lbs, and Medium Bernedoodles range from 35–50 lbs. Mini Australian Mountain Doodles are typically 25–35 lbs, and Medium Australian Mountain Doodles are 35–50 lbs. We're happy to discuss expected sizing for any specific litter.
Health & Care
Yes — every puppy is vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, and our parent dogs are health tested before breeding. The health of our puppies is our top priority.
Every puppy goes home with a 2-year health guarantee, vaccine and deworming records, microchip registration, and a starter care package. We want you and your puppy to feel fully supported from day one.
We raise three breeds: Mini Aussiedoodles, Mini Bernedoodles, and Australian Mountain Doodles. Each breed is thoughtfully raised in our home in Oppelo, Arkansas, and reflects our commitment to health, temperament, and beauty.
Health Testing
Yes — every parent dog is health tested before breeding. Testing includes OFA hip and elbow evaluations, eye certifications (CAER), genetic disease panels, and cardiac exams where applicable. We believe responsible health testing is the foundation of producing healthy, long-lived puppies.
Every puppy receives age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming treatments, a full veterinary wellness exam, and microchipping before leaving our care. Puppies also go home with a complete record of all vet visits and treatments so your local vet can seamlessly continue their care.
Yes — every puppy comes with a 2-year health guarantee covering genetic health conditions. We stand behind the health of every puppy we produce and are committed to transparency with our families throughout the process.
Health testing helps identify and reduce the risk of passing hereditary conditions — like hip dysplasia, eye disease, and certain genetic disorders — to offspring. At Ozark Aussiedoodles, we only breed dogs that have been cleared through proper health evaluations, so your puppy has the best possible start in life.
The Reservation Process
The process starts with a $500 waitlist deposit, which places you in line for an upcoming litter. Once a litter is born and puppies are old enough to be evaluated (typically around 4–6 weeks), we reach out to families in deposit order to make their selection. At that point, a $500 reservation deposit is required to hold your chosen puppy. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
Yes — families choose from available puppies in deposit order. Families are contacted in the order their deposit was received and given the opportunity to choose from available puppies in the litter. We share photos, videos, and temperament notes to help you find the best fit for your family.
You can join our waitlist at any time, even before a litter is confirmed. The sooner you place your $500 waitlist deposit, the earlier your pick position will be. We post litter updates and announcements on our website and social media pages.
Waitlist deposits ($500) are non-refundable but are transferable to any future litter within two years. Reservation deposits ($500) are non-refundable once a specific puppy has been selected and held for your family.
Our puppies go home at 8 weeks of age, after they have been fully vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. We will coordinate a pickup time or arrange delivery once your puppy reaches the appropriate age.
Our Family-Raised Approach
Family-raised means our puppies are born and raised inside our home — not in a kennel or outdoor facility. From their first breath, they are surrounded by the sights, sounds, and love of daily family life. This early exposure to children, household activity, and human interaction lays the groundwork for confident, well-adjusted companions.
We follow early neurological stimulation (ENS) protocols in the first two weeks of life and introduce puppies to a wide variety of sounds, surfaces, smells, and experiences as they grow. By the time they go home, our puppies are comfortable being handled, have been introduced to basic potty training concepts, and are curious and social with people.
Yes — we use Puppy Culture and Avidog principles for early neurological stimulation, enrichment, and confidence-building. These programs are widely recognized in the responsible breeding community for producing emotionally resilient, trainable puppies.
Yes — local families can visit once puppies are at least 5–6 weeks old, and we send regular photo and video updates to out-of-state families. Please reach out through our contact page to schedule a visit.
Deposits & Pricing
We offer two deposit options: a $500 waitlist deposit and a $500 reservation deposit. A $500 waitlist deposit secures your place in line for an upcoming litter — it is non-refundable but transferable to any future litter within two years. If you are ready to reserve a specific available puppy, a $500 reservation deposit is required, which is applied toward the total purchase price.
Breeding rights are available on a case-by-case basis to approved breeders. All puppies are placed in pet homes on a spay/neuter agreement by default. Pricing for breeding rights varies per dog — if you are interested, please reach out and we would be happy to discuss the details.
